For the tech guys: The TipTopTemp™ temperature regulator system is built using a coil that reacts to heat, which opens and closes the damper. The coil is a temperature-sensitive, bi-metal coil with a deflection rate of about 0.346 angular degrees per degree Celsius. The gasket is a high temp silicone to create a good air seal.
