This reads the internal temperature of the main cabinet. Incorrect placement of the Grill Probe may result in wrong temperature readings on the Control Board
- TIPS – To avoid internal temp probe damage, please do not put the RTD temperature in water, please have wires rolled up in a large and loose coil during storage
- ABOUT TEMPERATURE – please keep the grill temperature probe clean to avoid temperature errors. The temperature of your unit is highly affected on ambient outdoor weather and the quantity of food being cooked
