The slicer must be away from child. How to change the blade: 1. Screw off the screws which is on the back of push block. 2. Change the new one and screw in firmly to frame. 3. Screw off three SS Wing Nut which is on the blade. 4. Take off the original one and put on a new blade. Then screw the SS Wing Nut firmly.
